Hello.
I'm deep in my final exam as a graphical designer, which is currently a 750 artboard app + content and links all over the place. I have 2 huge issues...
1. As of May 2021 I have not succesfully saved a cloud document, which is shown on my mobile. Yes I can see, that I have saved it on my Windows computer, in my cloud documents, but not on the XD app (Iphone 7 Plus), is not there. No matter what I do.
2. I can live with the no showing cloud document for now, but this issue is HUGE for me. The live preview does not work anymore. Suddenly it stopped working today, in the middle of my work. Before I got the loading icon, all good... - but now all I see is "Open an XD document on your desktop. Using a USB cable, connect to your iOS device."
For both things I have tried to:
Restart app on pc, reinstall app on pc, restartet the pc, re-login, save as a new document.
Restart my phone, restart the XD app, reinstall the XD app, re-login on the app.
I have also tried to install the previous version of the XD, so now I'm on: XD (42.2.22)
And tried to install the XD app on my boyfriends phone, just to see if it were my phone..
I don't even know what else to do, and I need to see the live preview to have a better view at my exam app...
As I'm writing this, I'm trying to save my document as cloud again, and I get this error "Sorry, we can't save as a cloud document right now. You can save as a local document to keep your work. (Error 50)"
