Live Preview not working windows.

Hello, I'm using an xd program, but live preview is not supported in mobile.How do I fix it?

For your information, the lines are identical and your cell phone is using the iPhone X.Also, preview is supported when connecting from Mac, but not from Windows.

Please solve this problem.I feel very uncomfortable and stuffy.crying:(

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using the live preview option. Could you please confirm if you're following the same steps as mentioned in this article? Preview your prototypes on mobile devices and then we will take it from there.
