Long and short press

Can anyone tell me whether it's possible to have multiple 'tap' states on the same button? For instance, I'd like a short press to do one thing, and a long press (3 seconds) to do something different. Been looking all day for a tutorial and can't find anything.

As per my knowledge with XD, this is not possible to achieve with the current set of triggers and states.
