Looking to add click counters

Hi Team, 

Context: I am trying to create buttons on my board with 3 buttons with two options each, such as: A (yes/no); B (Yes/No) and C (yes/No). I would like a counter on top right to count the number of times a person chooses Yes for A, B, C. 

The only way I can imagine right now is to build multiple paths, to reflect the number on the top right. This would be a very time intensive exercise. Look forward to hear your suggestions.

Hi! Thank you Myra for taking out the time. I was trying to create an interactive button i.e. have condition oriented outputs (if condition) but I understand that feature is not available.
