Multiple documents in same file

Hi, 

While saving my file I'm facing an issue where the document is getting saved into multiple files instead of saving on file.

1. The version of XD & OS.
2. Is it happening with a specific file or multiple files?
3. Is it a cloud file or a local file?
4. Please share a small video of what exactly is happening.

Thanks for confirming, Sakshi. Is it happening with a Cloud file or a local file? Also, as per the screenshot, these are recent files so could you please check at the actual save location to see if there are multiple parts of the same file there as well or it's only showing under the recent file?

thanks for reverting back, this is the issue m facing right now, I saved my one file n it getting save in multiple files.
