my XD froze on start screen.

It loads the logo screeh .. freezez and shuts down on its own in a while. Please help.

1. The version of XD and the Operating System.
2. Please collect and share the logs through DM: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
