Hi all ,
We are using AdobeXD in our Jira cloud.
I want to search all the issues in the instance which has these AdobeXD links.
I was not able to search when i tried, So is there anyway we can find out all issues where AdobeXD links are present.
Thanks,
Sahrudai

@sahrudai_4170 no, Jira Cloud doesn't have a built-in search function specifically for Adobe XD links. I am not familiar with Jira Cloud but did you use keywords related to Adobe XD, or maybe design, wireframe, prototype, interactive to project, issue type, creator to refine your search results.

Hey ,
Thanks for the response .
i don't find any of the mentioned fields in the custom field list.
i'm curious how the field data is stored in the Jira custom field . We can share adobe xd links here in this field area and ..certain prototype or design spec wil come.
I want to know how it is stored or is it just a link.
thanks,
sahrudai

@sahrudai_4170 from my understanding, when I click to 'Share' a 'Prototype,' a URL is created and directly to the specific XD file or page within the XD file.
Question:
How the field data is stored in the Jira custom field?
That would be a question for your IT department, or you could wait a bit for an Adobe employee to answer...
If you use ChatGPT, CoPilot or even Gemini, it may give you the answer you are seeking...since I am not familair with Jira, from Gemini:
The field data for XD URLs in Jira custom fields is typically stored as a simple text string. This string represents the URL or web address of the Adobe XD prototype or design spec.
When you add an XD link to a custom field, Jira essentially stores the URL as a plain text value. This allows Jira to display the link, and users can click on it to open the XD file in their web browser.
Key points to remember:
This simple storage mechanism makes it easy for Jira to handle XD links and integrate them into the issue tracking process.
