No option to change Border Radius once an item is a component

Not sure if I'm doing this wrong, but it appears once an item, such as a button, is made into a component there is no longer an option to change the border-radius. So if I'm understanding this correctly, if I have a number of buttons with multiple states, and I then want to change the border-radius, I need to start over, is this correct?

You can ignore that, I messed up some of my Master buttons some how
