No scroll option on video preview?

I have an artboard that is completely made in Adobe XD that does not allow me to scroll in the video preview. It shows the entire screen, but I would like to scroll on the screen in the video preview for a more realistic effect.

hi, I know how to create the scroll but the dotted line is not available on any of my artboards. it only extends longer with no dotted line to indicate that it scrolls.
