Pls tell me a work around this. Adobe XD is not opening and the i am not able to access my file. pls help. I am new to XD.
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html to update the app. If that doesn't help, please uninstall and re-install XD and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
is there no other option other than uninstall and install. I updated my XD on another computer but when i access XD on on mac laptop it asks me to update again. If everything is on cloud then why ask again to update.
Sorry for the delay in response. Please check if it is showing the latest version that is 36.2? If not, then possibly we'll need to re-install.
