November Release of Adobe XD - DOA

Hi there,

I have just updated adobe XD for Windows and the latest version is unusable. Super laggy, layers aren't working and non responsive.

How can I revert back to last months version, I have tried everything I can think of and haven't found how to do it. I desperately need to get work done on it.

Hi Emily,

I am on the latest version of Windows and Adobe XD, and I don't see the issues that you are talking of. Can you try restarting your computer to see if it makes any difference?

I would also check if all the drivers on my computer are up to date.

If everything is fine, can you try doing a clean install of Adobe XD after uninstalling it using the CC cleaner? Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Can you also let us know what version of Windows 10 you're using? A build number would be helpful. Also, did you recently update to the Fall Creators Update? We've heard from our users that this particular Windows update invalidated a number of graphics drivers, so you might want to check to make sure your drivers are updated from your graphics card manufacturer's website. Please let us know if this resolves your issue, or if it's still happening.
