Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure you're signed in with the same Adobe ID using which the files were created. You can also check the files here https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
Another thing that can be checked is, when you sign in on the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, if it gives you two options, personal or organization account, you can try both of them one by one to look for the files.
