[Other]-Did Adobe has access to use the Adobe XD cloud files which we save on cloud?

Please i want to ask about the privacy of cloud files that we save on cloud in adobe xd

is it legal for adobe to use them as test cases or they don't have access to them only me have this access ?

Adobe doesn't have permission to use your files which you have uploaded to the cloud as far as I'm aware.
They have access in regards to if you contact them with an issue they have access to your account.
