[OTHER]- XD shared link created from an inactive account is now asking for password

Anyone knows if there is anything that can be done to access designs links that are now are requesting password. In this case it has to be related to the fact that the person who created it no longer has an active XD account.

Appreciate any help provided.

Thanks for reaching out. If the user's account is a personal account then I am afraid there is no other way apart from entering the password.
