Hello All!
Just yesterday, I had to move my Adobe XD files from my personal Mac to my Windows laptop for work.
Now that I'm working in the Win10 version of Adobe XD, I've come across several performance issues after working in the program for an hour or so:
1) Ctrl + Scrolling will no longer zoom in and out. Even with holding down CTRL, scrolling will only make the screen scroll vertically up and down. It is like I am not holding down CTRL at all. I can't use other short cuts for zooming in either (i.e., CTRL +1, CTRL + +, etc.).
2) I can no longer select several different layers by holding down SHIFT.
I've tried hitting ESC or clicking off the Window to a different window and then going back. Those 2 options do not make it work again.
I have to close Adobe XD and get back into it to make it work smoothly again. This is very disruptive to my progress, and I never had this issue using Adobe XD on my Mac.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Appreciation in advance,
Marie
I do not have access to my Windows computer right now to test what you said. Just in case if you have another computer to test on, can you try verifying these issues on that computer and let us know if you are able to reproduce these issues?
Some common performance issues in Adobe XD can be resolved by updating graphic drivers. Would it be possible for you to visit the manufacturer's site and try updating graphic drivers (if they need updating)?
Thanks,
Preran

Thanks, Preran! I do not have another PC to try to recreate this.
But I am working with my company's IT Support team to see if I can update the graphic drivers.
Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it!
