1. If internet is disconnect of few sec XD create problem of sync.
2. Its taking to much time to load the cloud XD file.
3. Its take time to load when more then 10 user working together.
4. Error occurred when file open in new version and second user working on other version of the file.
5. Its taking to much space and processing power in its new version.
6. XD start hanging when I open more then 5 file together.
Please address those concerns as soon as possible. We are start looking at other tools now.

Regarding other issues like "Error occurred when file open in new version and second user working on other version of the file", it's necessary for all the collaborators to be on the latest version of XD.
