- Would you mind telling us the version of XD and the details of your operating system?
- Please also check if there are any system or graphic drivers pending updates.
- Does that happen with all the files or with a specific file?
- Have you tried signing out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app, restarting the machine, and signing back in?
