We are sorry to hear you are experiencing UI issues within XD.  A few more details would be helpful to investigate the issue.

 

  • Would you mind telling us the version of XD and the details of your operating system?
  • Please also check if there are any system or graphic drivers pending updates. 
  • Does that happen with all the files or with a specific file?
  • Have you tried signing out of XD and Creative Cloud Desktop app, restarting the machine, and signing back in?
