I'm trying to install plugins on adobe but it's giving me an error every time. I've reinstalled XD, but nothing has worked. Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Does this happen for all plug-ins, or just this one? I will also check with my colleagues to see if they have heard anything similar.

Can you try the following solution and let us know if it helped?

Provide "Read & Write" permission to the Adobe XD folder directory.

/Users/<user_name>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD CC

Hello, I am encountering the same issue. I have ensured that the Adobe XD folder has read and write privileges but that didn't fix the issue. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled XD but that didn't help either.

Thank you for letting us know. Some users have managed to fix this issue using the solution I provided. The team is working to fix this issue in the next update. Meanwhile, I suggest contacting the support team using the link I shared earlier to see if they can investigate other sources leading to this issue.

I would also suggest switching networks to see if that helps.

Thanks,

Preran
