Poor performance after update

I'm noticing performance issues on Adobe XD. I've never had it lag or freeze on me, but now it'll intermittently freeze for a couple of seconds. I think it has to do with the XD recent update, but I can't be sure. Nothing else has changed, I've attached my specifications below. I've worked with larger designs and several artboards without having this issue in the past. It seems to occur randomly, usually when clicking on elements on the artboard, but nothing specifically seems to be causing it, it'll run perfectly fine for the most part, but the intermittent freezing shows up once in a while. It's annoying because it disturbs the workflow. Anyways, hope it can be fixed.

I'm not sure it's related, but "it'll intermittently freeze for a couple of seconds" sounds like nothing to me - in my case it can freeze for several minutes and I have much more powerfull Surface Book 2. It's just one file opened in XD:

And yes, this is one specific file, my other files are less demanding.
