Poor quality images when exporting from XD

Whenever I export a JPEG or PNG from Xd it seems to be really low quality. It seems to decrease the quality during the export and I am unsure why this is

Will there ever be a fix for this issue? It's now April 2022 and the issue since persists which is embarrassing when exporting a selection from XD especially to a client. Since this post is old and the link reference to it is even older it doesn't appear to be resolved and the ticket should be closed. There are also other topics that are related but no resolution.
