Problema al arrastrar archivos SVG, JPG, PNG al programa

Tengo un problema al intentar arrastrar archivos (SVG,JPG, PNG etc) me aparece un simbolo dentro de adobe XD de esta prohibido (Circulo con diagonal en medio), habra alguna solucion para ese problema?

 

He intentado desistalar e instalar nuevamente el adobe XD, haciendo limpieza con antivirus.

Este metodo me ayudo a solucionar el problema, ya puedo arrastrar los archivos a Adobe XD. Espero les sirva de ayuda a algunas otras personas

 

I fixed the same issue on my PC. This is the instruction (tested on Win10):1. Open start menu and type in search field "Control panel". You need classic view.2. What version of Adobe XD are you running? And what OS is in use?

Can you drag & drop files in other applications, like PS/AI?

Sistema operativo: Windows 10 Home single

Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects, corel, office en todos se pueden arrastrar los archivos desde la carpeta al programa excepto adobe XD
