Problema con actualización de biblioteca y componentes

Al añadir un nuevo componente a mi biblioteca y actualizarla, todos los componentes de mis proyectos se mueven de lugar o se modifican. Esto sucede aun cuando no he cambiado ninguna propiedad de los componentes principales.
Constantemente debo reorganizar todos mis frames lo cual lleva mucho tiempo y es bastante molesto.
