Hi,
Before with my prototypes with '?featureset=fullscreenScaleToFit&fullscreen' appended to the prototype URL, all the screen transition elements could be clicked and the prototype would transition to the next screen. Now pretty much all the screen transition elements can't be clicked and I have to exit fullscreen in order to click them. I rely on having '?featureset=fullscreenScaleToFit&fullscreen' appended to the URL to get the prototype to appear in the desired way for demo purposes. Before just setting it to '?fullscreen' gave me the desired appearance but there was a sudden change some months ago where I now had to use '?fullscreenScaleToFit&fullscreen' to get the same desired appearance. Just using '?fullscreen' now is too small. Any chance this can be addressed soon? Thanks!
Is there a reason why you are not using the option next to the "Sign Out" button to view in fullscreen mode? Is the behavior still the same? If so, provide your feedback here Fullscreen Prototype – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs and let me know after you are done.

For all but one of my art boards, the view port height was set all the way to the bottom. I still had clicking issues with the one art board that didn't have it set to the bottom, but after setting all my art boards' view port height to be much higher, I now no longer have the clicking issue when parameters '?featureset=fullscreenScaleToFit&fullscreen' are set. Added a comment to https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-r… about this but under a different name. Thanks!

I had the same issue today. Clicking fullscreen has the same issues. I used the workaround in the comment below.
