Prototype not playing video on Mac

Hey there!

I am currently trying to run some tests of a desktop website I made.
I created an arboad containing only a welcome animation and an "Enter" button. When the viewers click on enter it then sends them to the homepage.

However I got feedback from Mac users saying that the welcome animation isn't playing or responding.
On Windows however the video plays as it should.

Does anyone know why this might be and how to fix it?

Not sure but the reason can be browser settings for video. Can they check?

I've asked a couple of testers to see if there is a problem with the browser and they confirmed that Safari does NOT play the animation, meanwhile Chrome has it working.

While I guess I could tell the testers to use Chrome, this is especially tedious because the number of testers is big.

We understand, @StoneLand. You may ask your tester to Turn On " Auto-play video" settings in the safari browser as mentioned here: https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/safari/ibrw29c6ecf8/mac, which might help.
