Hi,

I am trying to animate a counter but when I try it the number grows in a blurry way instead of changing gradually. Can you help me? Thank you.

I can hardly think of any other way how XD would be able to animate two numbers on the sa: fading out the starting number, while fading in the ending number. What else did you expect ?

If you want numbers to scroll up or down, like in a counter with numbers on revolving wheels, you need to create a setup with strips of numbers and a mask, and animate it by using higher and lower positions for the strips in their starting and ending artboards, like below:

Hi Andrea,

Thanks for reaching out. I'd request if you can share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD and the Operating System.
  2. A few screenshots or a small video of what exactly happening when you animate the counter if it is not confidential?
  3. Also could you please share a screenshot of Prototype window?

We're here to help, just need more info.

Regards

Rishabh

Hi Andrea,

Thank you for sharing the additional information. We have the current version available for Adobe XD (28.1). Could you please update to the latest version and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Harshika

You can record a video and save it to the Adobe Creative Cloud Storage on your computer and share the link here. For more information, you can refer to this help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/share.html
