I understand that XD is more for prototyping but if i create an informational app that is of the highest production value and is in a format that others would enjoy as an app as is can i publish it or make it available for download on the app store? is there another way i can send it to someone that they can install it on the iPhone as an app without making it available on the app store? my XD file is an informational that could eventually be sold but want people to test out as an app first. so many questions.... please help... THANKS

There is a related uservoice feature request you might want to vote for:

Sharing Prototype in a closed network – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs

To have an XD prototype as part of an app in the App Store would at least need the ability to host the prototype as a local set of files. Once that's possible you should be able to do it, assuming there weren't any copyright issues in having XD playback code inside your app.
