"Document saved with newer version of XD" error, only my CC can't find a newer version.

Hi all, 

 

I am trying to open an XD file, but keep getting an error message that the document was saved on the latest version of xd, and to update to the newset version. My CC says the version is up to date, even though it is not the latest version. I have tried logging out, uninstalling the app, and still get the same error and am stuck with the same version 41.1.12.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

The current version of XD is 42.1 so in case if that's not the version showing there, please try the steps shared here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html to update XD, in case if it is still doesn't show there, please uninstall and re-install XD and let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.
