"Error, impossible to open this document." How to recover my file ?

Hello,

I have a rather annoying problem with adobe XD. I have been working on a file that is on the cloud for some time and today while I was on my laptop, which is running on Windows 10, working on XD, the PC suddenly shut down.

I restarted it and when I wanted to open the file I was working on, an error message appears: "Erreur, impossible d'ouvrir ce document" ("Error, impossible to open the document" in English).

I would like to know how to get my file back and be able to continue working on it.

Sorry that you are unable to open this file in Adobe XD, is it happening with a specific file? Would it be possible for you to send this file so that we may test it here at our end? You may upload it on Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the link as a private message.

To add to what Atul mentioned - did you save it as a cloud document, or was it saved as a local document to Creative Cloud Files?

Good news, I managed to recover my file through another computer.

For your information, the file was saved on the cloud and it was impossible for me to get it back.

I connected to the creative cloud from another PC and when I started the file, it worked normally.
