Hi,
Recently I had a refreshed account and now I am not able to install the "Quick Mockup" plugin on my Adobe XD.
Show the following error.
I went into the Solution centre and tried the mentioned steps but it still doesn't work.
I am able to install all the other plugins.
Could you please help me with this?

I can't be 100% sure. I used it before my account was refreshed. I can also install all the other plugins. Good idea, I will check with my IT dept. Thanks 🙂

Hi @Priyank-bw, sorry to hear you had that problem, I tested by removing and reinstalling Quick Mockup plugin on XD (I'm using a mac btw) and it has been installed. Maybe you already did but make sure that your XD and Adobe CC apps are up to date and if you give more details about the system you use. maybe some other expert/designer can be helpful. Hope this helps!

Hi @Priyank-bw, yes I understood you can't install it in the first place but since I already had the plugin, my only way to be able to testing whether if it can be installed was to uninstalling it first 😉 If you're on a company/work computer, I'd suggest you to try @Chris W. Griffith's suggestion and check by the IT department. Another test I'd do would be trying on a test Adobe CC account to see if it's something related to that particular account. Please update us maybe we can be helpful, happy designing!
