If you updated to the Fall Creators Update, it’s likely Windows invalidated your graphics driver, which will result in this type of behavior. You should go to your graphics card manufacturer’s website to download and install the most recent version. Let us know how it goes!

  • Which version of XD are you using?
  • What's the build number of your Windows installation?
  • What graphics card do you have on your machine? What is the version of your driver?
  • Did you reboot after installing the most recent version of your driver?
