When I tried to open XD file someone sent me, this messege came up. - 'range out of order in character class'

We may need more data to dig into it
1. Xd version you are using and OS version
2. From where you are opening shared files (CCD , XD -SWY or Mail)
3. Attach the screenshot or short clip of issue
If issue continues, Please take below log and forward to subedi@adobe.com along with gif
AdobeXD.log
