Is there a way to duplicate an Adobe library?

I'd like to do this with a public library. It doesn't seem to be possible at the provided link.

I'd like to duplicate a public XD library of standard Bootstrap 5 components, then customize and save my saved copy. It's so easy on Figma. Can it be done in XD?
