Community, I have a strategy question. We're going to clone our Adobe XD UX Design System and version it for a number of companies. Put another way, our UX Design System represents an agnostic set of components but our brands, 14 of them, each will need their own versions of components styled to their brand style guidelines.
I just read that starting September 2021 copying and pasting components will no longer be linked. Knowing this, CC Libraries will play a big part in our decision. 14 libraries and I am 1 of 2 UX designers on the team. Yeah!
Does that mean we would need to break the component, recreate it as a version matching the brand style guide, then add it to a unique Adobe CC Library? Sounds like it.
What sort of obstacles, blockers, or problems we might run into? Adobe, community, any help would be greatly appreciated.
