Screen time

Hello my name is Alex and I want to create a mobile app that record the time you spend on your phone and show you this time in the app. But I don't now how to do, I've already do the homepage and a working sidebar menu. Can you help me to succeed this please (only the way I can do it myself if I know how to do).
