[Share]-How to share a prototype link without an access request to people in a single domain in XD?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to share a set of Adobe XD prototypes for presentation to everyone at my company. As of right now, I put all the links in one common space and all users have to click the link and request access in order to present the prototypes.

This is less than ideal since this requires manual work on the admin side (approving the request) and also adds an extra step between users and content.

Are there any better ways to do this? I am not a top level admin so I can not change the asset settings to restrict all sharing to my domain, and higher ups have told us we could not share public links because people would be able to access them later, once they leave the company.

Maybe there is a way to bulk add everyone to the prototypes, syncing it with active directory or something? Basically automatically sharing every Adobe XD user we have to these prototypes?

Appreciate any ideas!

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. If you have the email addresses for multiple user with a single domain, you can copy the email address and paste them directly to the prototyping after choosing the option of "only invited people"

Let us know if that helps.

We would also suggest raising a feedback request here: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests for it and share the url with us so that we can also keep a track of it.

Thanks,

Harshika

If I were to do this, is there a way to do so without sending out an email blast? (Disable "access given" notification emails?)

Many co-workers improve or at least facilitate their team involvement with workflow tools like Slack or Jira.

Adobe XD integrates very nice with those, so might it be time to consider such tools for your workspace. Have a look:
