Share problem

When I make a link in XD, share button dosen't work. 

I know that it is a firewall problem.

I need to know which link should I apply to IT team to use share 

I need a url information using share function.

Below sentence is the error message when I click share button

"Something went wrong. Please try again.

Learn more (Error 44:47)"
