Hi,

I recently erased my Mac and when I check libraries shared with me, they are all good in CC, and in "Manage Libraries" > "Browse shared libraries" ( And status all shows they have been added to my library).

But when I open XD and click the left library panel, there are nothing, I tried to updated App, restarted my Mac many times , it just doesn't work.......

Please anyone can help, our works are highly relied on libraries.

Thank you!

  3. Reboot the computer.
  4. Sign back in on the Adobe CC desktop app, launch XD from there, and check again.

I'm having the same issue, and so far whatever mentioned in Adobe Community across the board, I tried everything but nothing works for me so far.
