Shared with You is not showing on iPad

"Shared with You" in cloud, I can see share files in the assets.adobe.com

But there are no share files in the "Shared with You" XD app on iPad.

Plz help!

Thanks for reaching out. Please ensure that you are signed in with the same Adobe ID with which the file was shared and synced on the cloud. If you are signed in with the correct email address please try re-installing XD app on the iPad and let us know if that helps or if you need any further assistance.
