XD keeps crashing when I try to open any XD files stored in teh cloud. I tried to reboot and reinstall XD without success. A crash report is enclosed.
Any ideas what might help?

Sorry to hear you are experiencing the issue with XD. Would you mind uninstalling XD and Reinstalling to the latest version of XD 35 and see if that helps? Please also share the logs with Rishabh so that we can investigate and escalate it to the team.

Hello,
I'm having the same issue here, but with all kinds of files, even when creating new ones.
It's the first time I opened XD after updating my Wacom tablet driver. Don't know if it's related.
Anyway, I just collected and shared the log as you mentioned.

Same issue here, right after I updated to the latest version (35.0.12). I just rolled back to the older version (34.4.12) and Adobe XD no longer crashes when I open a cloud document.

Uninstalling XD and then reinstalling to the latest version did help. It's working great and no longer crashes when I open cloud documents. Thank you!
