I need urgent help cancelling a 7-day trial of Adobe XD, after unsuccessfully attempting to use it in my work computer using the starter plan for free.
Details:
・I have a paid plan for Adobe, which does NOT include Adobe XD
・I installed Adobe XD through Creative Cloud
・I opened Adobe XD, and now Creative Cloud shows that I am on a 7-day trial which I did not will to start
・https://account.adobe.com/plans includes no mention to my 7-day trial of XD, and I don't know how to cancel it
・I definitely cannot delete or cancel the plan for my Adobe account, since I use Analytics on a daily basis at work
Please provide me with support, since I am not allowed to subscribe to new services with the money of my company.
