Unable to access activated fonts in xd after singing out and in

i satreted my project and when tried to acess my activated fonts ,i  find out that i can't acess the fonts i have activated ,i searched for solution from community and came across some comments  and tried it but i can't use it , also saw some tutorials but it also didn't help, i sign out and  restared machine but problem remains same,what should i do now?

exactly!,contacted the agent for help , they saw but it didn't resolve , don't know when its  going to resolve ...anyways if u get any help let me know ,i'll do the same
