Unable to access Manage published links

I'm unable to view the prototype page containing links to all my prototypes. I can view a particular prototype link via the "Open link" option in XD. But the "Manage Published Links..." option redirects to Adobe.com. The options under "Manage account" appear accurate and my software subscription is up to date.

Suggestions?

You should be able to manage prototypes here: https://assets2.adobe.com/assets/prototypes

Strange that the menu isn't working. Are you on Windows or Mac?

I'm on a Mac.

I noticed some other odd behaviors outside of XD, so I restarted the computer and now I can access the link you provided. It seems an OS update was causing some issues.

That error looks like a DNS misconfiguration on your network. You'll need to speak to the person that runs your network to fix it.
