Unable to change the time duration in Adobe XD

the time duration stuck on 0.3s I can't change it every time I change the time or choose from the list it keeps stuck at 0,3s

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please ensure that XD is updated to the latest version which is 41.0.12. If it is already up to date and still it's not working, please try re-installing XD, as I tested this on my end and it seems to be working.
