Unable to create a share link in XD - says I am disconnected when I'm not

New Here ,

Hi, I am trying urgently to send a share link to a client but I keep getting an error message when I try to create a link that says "You're disconnected. check your internet connection and try again". There is nothing wrong with my internet connection as everything is working fine online in browsers and the rest of the creative suite.

The wheel gets to around 50% each time then times out and I get the above error message. Please could someone help?

I've tried restarting, upgrading my version of XD and copying stuff into a new file but none of these have made a difference.

I am on a Mac running 10.15.7 and am on the most up-to-date version of Adobe XD.

Hi @zoee65194140, sorry to hear that you're having that issue. Have you tested sharing another file to see if it's a file specific issue? Or if it's a file that's very big, have you tried dividing it into two files etc? These are what I wanted to check, let's see maybe another expert or designer sugessts something else.

Hi @zoee65194140 ,

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to the suggestions shared by @AkinGn You can also try switching to a different internet connection and see if that solves the issue.

Thanks

Rishabh
