Unable to install the web export plugin in Adobe XD

Hello everybody,
I did not find a post for my problem. I cannot install the Web export plugin for Adobe Xd. I manage to install other plugins. The error message is: Failed to install the plug-in (error: errno: 5). Has anyone ever had this kind of problem? I have already successfully installed it. Thank you so much.

Hi Rishabh,

I have the same problem. I went through all links looking for help including the link you have provided. Nothing worked. I get the same error while trying to install the same Web Export plugin. Other plugins are installing with no issue. I have no way to export some of my web asstes.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please turn off the Anti-virus and then try installing the plugin. If that doesn't help, please share the version of XD and the Operating System.

Hi Rishabh,

I have a similar problem - I cannot install the Plugin as ist says "no internet connection". Actually the connection is just fine - other plugins are possible to install... Could you please help here? Thanks.
