Hello, I've uninstalled and reinstalled XD twice, including using the creative cloud cleaner tool but I keep getting the same error where I'm unable to launch XD. Please help.

right i completely uninstalled once more with the CC cleaner tool as well as restarted my laptop and i can launch it now without the error.
