Unable to log on Adobe Creative Cloud

Bonjour,

 

Sur 3 ordinateurs différentes nous avons des erreurs de connexion à Creative Cloud. Un point d'exclamation s'affiche sur le nuage. L'erreur n'apparait pas en même temps sur les trois postes.

 

Aléatoirement, il est également impossible d'ouvrir certains documents sur le cloud.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble using XD. We would request you to please try the below steps-

 

  • Quit Adobe XD and Sign-out of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app completely.
  • Log back into Adobe CC. (If you see some issues logging back in, then it's something to do with your internet proxies or your network. Try connecting to a no-proxy, no-VPN network).
