Unable to login into Adobe XD after updating to the latest version.

I updated the app to the most recent version, and now I can't get logged in because it won't register my keyboard input. I can't get past this to open the app.

That doesn't sound very well... 😞

There are many possible causes for technical glitches like these, and perhaps even some solutions. But in order not to overload you with tons of scenarios, could you describe in a bit more detail what happens, and which system you're using ?
