Been trying to open one specific file but it keeps connecting for the past 12 hours. Tried opening from the owner of the file and from shared file in cloud, both doesn't work. Tried logging out and back into ccreative cloud, but the issue still persists. All it says is can't connect, but I had on issue opening other files in Adobe XD. Anyone had similar issues?
We are sorry for the delay in response and sorry to hear you are having trouble opening the cloud document in XD. Would you mind trying to switch to a different internet connection and let us know if that helps? Please also check if your Creative Cloud Desktop app and XD is up to date.
