Hi Sarbesh,

we need more information to help you. Which version of Adobe XD are you using it? Does the same problem also occur with other files? Have you tried to log out and re-enter your Adobe account?

  • The version is 45.0.62.17
  • This issue only happens for the cloud documents that i was invited to edit.
  • Yes, I Have tried signing out and re-entering my account
